If the product experiences a non-human-caused malfunction within 365 days of purchase, we offer a free replacement.
Customers are required to return the product to a designated return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Refund Policy
We offer a 180-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
If a non-human-caused issue occurs within 180 days of purchase, you may request a refund instead of a replacement.
The product must be returned to our specified address at the customer’s expense.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
3. Order Cancellation (EU Right of Withdrawal)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it. The conditions are as follows:
If the order has not been shipped: You may cancel it and receive a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped: You may still cancel, but you must first receive the item and then return it to our designated address. In this case, the shipping cost already incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.
