"I have a hallway mirror I'd learned not to look at after work. Around week three I walked past it and didn't flinch. That's the whole review. My husband hasn't noticed anything, which tells you it's not theatrical — but I'm not the one who has to live in my 5 PM face all day. I am."

"I’ve spent probably four thousand dollars on firming products in ten years. I ordered two bottles specifically so I could say I gave it a fair shot before writing it off. Week two, nothing. Week four, my foundation stopped collecting in the line by my mouth by mid-afternoon. Same foundation I’ve used for three years. I reordered five."

"I bought this for my jawline and the first thing that changed was the crepey texture on my neck — visible in daylight by about day twelve. Jaw took closer to six weeks. If your neck is the thing bothering you, start here."

"Docking a star because I expected more by week four and got frustrated. Real change for me landed around week seven. It works, but if you’re the kind of person who quits products at day ten — and I almost was — buy enough that quitting feels wasteful. That’s genuinely the only reason I’m writing this review."

"Used one bottle for thirty days. Skin felt better, texture smoother, but the jaw slackness I wanted resolved didn't change enough in 30 days. Returned under their guarantee without hassle, which I respect."

"I turned 44 in June and had a mini panic attack when my sister sent me candid photos from an outdoor lunch. My jawline in profile looked completely soft and undefined—like my lower face was melting into my neck. I bought this essence purely because of the NAD+ science. Two weeks in, my skin felt noticeably springier. By week five, that doughy slackness along my jaw was replaced by a clean, tight line. I don’t dread candid photos anymore."
